The next event in our 30th Anniversary year celebrations was a fabulous party for the youngest students at WGS Tae Kwon do. 35 children came to an afternoon of fun; dancing, bouncing, face painting, biscuit decorating and outdoor games. They all showed their best selves and we raised more funds for the charities. On Bank Holiday Monday - 25th May - we entered a team to the Dragon Boat race at Sherborne Country Fair as part of our 30th anniversary of the club celebrations. Super proud of our team, and the other students who came along to support, we raised extra money for the charities and had a great day! (We didn't come last but we didn't win! Awesome Sunday morning seminar for us with our special guest Anjali Neel, captain of the ladies TAGB England squad and multiple time World Champion in sparring and medallist in patterns as well. Not only this, but she is a qualified physiotherapist with up to the minute knowledge and expertise on how to improve flexibility and mobility which she was able to share with us - specifically to help us improve our kicking for Tae Kwon do. Everyone gained so much from this session
