Miss Hill has been training for over 33 years and a qualified TAGB Instructor since 1996, teaching in Wincanton and Gillingham, and recently adding Shaftesbury to the club. 

She was also in the British Tae Kwon Do team from 1996 - 2004. She has been fortunate enough to have competed all over the world from Holland, Poland and Russia to America and Australia, winning many national and international titles, including British and European titles, 3 consecutive individual World Championship titles, and a World Team title.

Her most recent competition achievements in the 2025 TKDI World Championships were two World titles in sparring and foot destruction!
